What is a FactProp workspace?
A workspace organizes one property address and the research used to understand that home.
What is included?
The planned V1 workspace brings property, market, financial, risk, offer, document, timeline, and evidence-based AI tools into one place as those capabilities are released.
What does beta access include?
Beta access includes one property workspace, every currently available feature, and no expiration during beta.
Do I need a card?
No. Billing and card collection are not enabled during beta.
Where does property information come from?
FactProp is designed to identify the origin, freshness, and uncertainty of important information. Property-data retrieval is not part of this UI milestone.
Can I add buying documents?
Document tools are planned for inspection, disclosure, contract, loan, closing, title, appraisal, HOA, and survey files as they arrive.
Does AI replace professional advice?
No. AI output is intended to explain authorized evidence and identify unknowns, not provide an appraisal, inspection, legal opinion, or professional guarantee.
