Workspace access
During beta, one eligible verified account may create one property workspace without a card or expiration. Additional-access terms require approval; production payment processing is not implemented.

FactProp is intended for personal home-buying decision support. It is not a marketplace, brokerage, appraisal, inspection, lender, insurer, title company, or law firm.
Final terms required
Refunds, disputes, warranties, liability, governing law, and dispute-resolution language require professional review and approval.
